Dwight D. Eisenhower  1890 - 1969

Varoitteli virkakautensa v.1961 loputtua puheessaan päätösvallan joutumisesta vääriin, ei toivottuihin käsiin joilla hän tarkoitti armeijan ja sotateollisuuden (military industrial complex) osuutta kansakunnan päätöksenteossa ja hallinnoinnissa. Aseteollisuutta ei saisi päästää osallistumaan demokraattiseen päätöksentekoprosessiin. Jos valta ajautuu sotateollisuudelle niin silloin se ei olisi oikeissa käsissä.

Eisenhower oli huolissaan kehityksestä jonka oli presidenttinä olleessaan huomannut, 1953 - 1961

The Government should create, issue, and circulate all the currency and  credits needed to satisfy the spending power of the Government and the buying power of  consumers. SPOTTY LINCOLN oli lempinimi jonka hän sai kun hän heti kongressiin päästyään rupesi kyselemään Mexikon sodan aloituksen, 1846 perään ! Hän vaati saada tietää tarkan paikan missä ampuminen alkoi (Lincoln demanded to know the exact spot where hostilities began). Hän kieltäytyi hyväksymästä virallista selitystä. Lincoln oli siis ensimmäisiä salaliittoteoriaan uskovia tässä asiassa.

John Wilkes Booth ampui Lincolnin teatterissa 14.4.18965.  Booth oli näyttelijä mutta myös palkkamurhaaja, joka toimi kansainvälisten pankkiirien toimeksiannosta. Pankkiirit eivät pitäneet Lincolnin kansallisesta rahapolitiikasta. Lincoln laski liikkeelle ns. Greenback dollarit jolloin Unionin ei tarvinnut maksaa korkoa pankkiireille.  illuminaattipankkiirit,  rothschild etunenässä raivostuivat asiasta.  rothschild rahoitti boothille lokoisat eläkepäivät Englantiin, boothin murha lavastettiin mutta oikeasti hän matkusti Englantiin.
